I have been passionate about baking since childhood and it attracts me for innovation and perfection. I have started baking in my school days. I have been professionally giving lectures and classes on cooking and baking for last 10 years and trained approximately 15,000 students across globe through offline and online mode. It has always been a leisure activity for me and rejuvenate my mind and soul. My kids and husband always enthusiastically wait for my recipes. I emphasis on preservative free, chemical free and improver free baking. I teach in lucid and simple language to make the baking simple and easy for each and every one. Cooking is act of caring and nurturing your loved ones. Cooking is a combination of art and science. I always try to create healthy and chemical free recipes. I always focus to make them tasty as well to nourish my family.
